So after over two months of shutting down the elevator completely to have a new one installed, THE NEW ONE ISN'T WORKING after just a week and a half of it working. I live on the fourth floor and I park on P2 which is SIX FLIGHTS of stairs up to my floor. I did not sign up for a building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR or a building that restricts residents from doing laundry in a timely manner NOT HAVING LAUNDRY CARD MACHINES.

The unhappy residents CAN'T MOVE because it costs an arm and a leg to move when you live in building without an elevator.

If you are ever thinking of moving here, don't be fooled if the elevator just happens to work when you check out one of the many vacant apartments here. Come moving day, you could be stuck without an elevator.

The walls here are so thin, I've had to call the cops on my neighbors who stay up late because management does nothing. If you want to complain, they give you a HOTLINE number to call. That's how HPG Management deals with complaints.
