NO HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS!!!!

So there's been NO HOT WATER for two days and there's a note in the elevator. "The boiler will be on between the hours of 7am and 9am. We apologize for the inconvenience." We live in HOLLYWOOD with odd jobs and not everyone is home or up at 7am to take a shower. Ofcourse if EVERYONE tried to take a shower at the same time, hot water would run out anyway.
There's a pipe in the garage thats always leaking. I don't know if the hot water problem has anything to do with it. The elevator that never worked has FINALLY been replaced after TWO MONTHS WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR.
There's NO LAUNDRY CARD MACHINE. You have to make an appointment with the manager to purchase a card if you work a regular day job.
Management for this building is so bad that there is a "Tenant Complaint Hotline" so you can't air your grievances with a live body.

The two months without an elevator? That was the time it took to get the elevator replaced. Calm down dude.
