We moved in before looking into other places. The rent is fairly high and the noise is awful. The walls are really thin.. (one night I heard my neighboor yawn!) The cigarette smoke, noise from the 405, helicopters and inconsiderate neighbors make this place less than desirable.
If you want to take a hot shower that will have consistant water pressure and temperature- forget about it. After several complaints by myself and my neighbors, and promises that the plumbing problems would fix things- we have lived here a year and not once have we had a nice normal hot shower.
The office staff is usually pretty nice and the maintance staff is always pretty prompt, however luckily I haven't had any problems.
The pool, jacuzzi, birds from the park, and gym are great. The parking situation sucks if you park on the street or in the lots. My overall review is poor.
