I lived here for a year, from Aug. 2004-Aug. 2005. The place is not bad. It was a pain to get my parking space taken care of, but once that was done, it was fine.
I heard about someone's motorcycle getting stolen from where I parked my car, but I wasn't too worried considering there were MUCH more expensive cars than my old piece of crap.
The apartments themselves are decent -- I got one with new carpeting, and that was a plus. The studio is small, try to get one with a bed that folds down from the wall (a murphy bed). Strangely, some apartments have them, some don't. Either you get one for free, or you don't.
The walls were not as thin as I would expect in an apartment complex, so that was a surprise bonus. It was fairly quiet at night. Overall, not too bad, but it's certainly not cheap.
