Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
 
Building 1 in this apt complex is loud, dirty and filled with college-aged kids that are rude. The office manager is never of any help, in fact, he would be considered useless. Only reason why we have been here for so long is because of the rental control. This complex is not as luxurious as they advertise it to be.
