Westside Terrace has the worse management team I have ever seen in my 10 yrs of living in apartments. Future tenants beware: They will greet you upon your first visit and seem like they are friendly but once you sign the contract, the rude, lazy, unhelpful, incompetent and unresponsive side comes out from most of them. On one occasion, I had a package delivered and left at the office. After calling a few times and paying them a visit, they (including the jerk of an apt manager) informed me the package isn't there. FedEx assured me someone had signed for it so I went back and turns out the package was right in front of their eyes. They didn't even know who signed for it because there was no one by that name who works in the office. Scary! Speaking of scary, I have had hundreds of dollars worth of laundry stolen, car parts stolen right off of my car and crazy parking neighbors parking in my spot but threatens me in the parking garage, not to mention that one time when I saw the look of terror in my neighbor's eyes as he discovered his car was resting on a cement block because two wheels were stolen from one side of his car. How's that for luxury living' I would seriously think twice about the horrible customer service, your safety, and the safety of your belongings before you consider living here. Thank goodness I don't have to put up with this much longer.
