why'
1) in bldg 1, corrosion in the electrical wiring conduits are so severe that we have our own mini rolling blackouts.
2) It took those retards in the office, 2 months to sent out an electrician, and another month for that electrician to actually fix the issue.
3) that was after we were told that the issue would be resolved shortly.
4) ---- roach infestation from neighbors... took over 3 months for them to address.
and the list goes on and on... just stay away from this place. I hope the leasing office burns down.
