Lived in this dump for 1 Year and moved out recently. The management were bunch of bas**ds . I got a taste of these a**holes within 5 minutes of signing my lease, but I had to continue my stay as I had signed up for a year. The Whoopi Goldberg look alike b***ch with a mans voice is pain to deal with and pretty scary. They treat us as if they are doing tenants favor by letting us live there. Almost everyone out there are rude.
The unfortunate tenants who would rent this place without looking at its ratings will discover Apartmentratings.com when their lease expires and leave their rants, but for the rest of you looking to rent this sh**thole are given fair warning.
These bas***ds charge $ 500/- as deposit and will make sure that they keep it, you cannot argue with them, no matter how well you maintain the house, these people will steal it.
Maintainence is a joke. You pray for the elevator to be working everytime you come home after parking in the "parking lot". The Elevator is guaranteed to fail atleast once a week, with a couple of "thrill rides" once in a month. The real nightmare would be to walk up the stairs passing through spit and urine smell, whenever the elevator is not working.
Maintainence folks dont take their job seriously and make their visits when it is convenient to them.
Seriously dont rent this place. If you still insist on renting just go to their office and spend atleast half an hour to see how they treat their existing tenants.
Did I tell about the Security. They have a security guard who is always drunk and does not care when homeless people enter the place from the parking lot. If you have kids, planning to have kids and care about their health and safety, you SHOULD NOT rent this place. For singles,students and couples the risk is bit lower as you could probably protect yourselves.
I reviewed my summary of my experience above and see it is mostly negative, well let me think of something positive. After all, there is nothing in this world without a bit of good in them. Well I concede that this place is better than living in a car .
