Interesting manager when she is on her medication. Parking sucks especially when you feel brave enough to park on the street and usually get a ticket. Nice rooftop jacuzzi...yeah really nice when it works. Fresh smell of McDonalds any time of day.
Extra chlorinated water to keep you fresh all day. Unique neighbors that sometimes even acknowledge you when you say "hi".
Live mariachi music from local who lets you know when he comes home several times a day.
