Manager is the worst in LA

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I suggest not living here since there has been a new manager. They are never in, never return phone calls and are horrible on the maintenece. There are termites everywhere in the building. We have called several times now and have not gotten a response. The building is really old, but they have tried to make some upgrades, but it is purely aesthetic. Plumbing is horrible, termite infestation, and poor management. It is also way over priced.
