Decent Apts -- Management is Horrible

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Our apartment has been flooded three times in the last 18 months. The last two times, the apartment was uninhabitiable, but the management would not put us up in a hotel.

The maintenance staff has been friendly and helpful, but please be warned that the management will not help you even when the incident is their responsibility. Also, Equity has clearly used cheap parts during construction as it caused the first two floods.

Do not trust the management here -- they are liars and crooks.
