I put down a deposit to hold an apartment and when I tried to ask the management about the floods, they denied knowing anything. They also tried to cash my deposit check even though they said I can cancel the hold within 72 hours. They will require you to pay several additional fees including a requirement renters insurance. Not a great experience for me. I did not rent from here.
