The management has changed more than times than I can count -- it's like a revolving door. Why does this make a difference' Well, if you even have a problem, the folks who are temporarily in the office will have no idea how to handle it (whether its the noisy neighbors, parking spot problems, or something else). And as for flooding, the other day there was a pipe in the parking garage (water or sewer' I dont know) just spraying everywhere and the back of this building is flooded again. Conclusion: not worth it you can find better in West LA.

Could you tell me more about the flood? Does it affect the top floor as well? I was wondering if I should back out my lease. Thanks for your time.
