There is a consistent theme among the reviews on this page horrible management. Well, this is definitely correct. The management is awful. Theyll tell you anything to get you into a unit. They flat-out lie to try and sell you. Once you sign that lease, they could care less about you.

Spend twenty minutes in the leasing office and youll witness first hand, tenants complaining about drastic rent increases, maintenance problems, and noise issues.

The buildings may look pretty, but they are loud, busy, and cheaply built. You can hear right through the walls. The locks, gates and doors stick and barely work. Drunken people regularly wander the hallways at night making noise. You need earplugs to get a decent nights sleep.
