2033 Beloit is a nightmare!

Save yourself and do not rent here! The management is not on site and they are belligerent when calling with questions or problems.We moved out when our 1 year lease expired and just knew they would play games with charges for phantom "fixes" to our apartment and look for reasons to deduct from our deposit refund. They claimed that the apartment needed to be repainted even though they never showed up for the apartment walk-through before we moved out. Management wanted to charge us $280 for painting a wall and never gave us a reason why. Richard is the manager and he is the worst!
