Overall I think the apartments are very nice. They're laid out well and have all new appliances. The biggest downside for me was the location. That intersection is super busy and noisy. If you're not a fan of traffic noises, I don't recommend this complex. But the residents are generally quite.
The staff tends to be frustrating. We were treated with very little respect when we first moved in. They would mess up appointment times then blame it on us. The office was often left completely empty in the middle of the day, I guess for lunch break.
We're moving now for a job transfer and using the Equity Coast to Coast transfer. Once again they're making it fairly frustrating. It's almost impossible to talk to the same person everyday and they often forget to give you all of the details you need for these things. In general the staff just isn't very helpful and just make things harder for us.
Since you really only have to deal with management when you move in/move out I would recommend this apartment. But just be prepared for a bit of hassling during the process.
