I lived and westside villas for a year, and it was the worst experience renting I had ever had. They charge you for things that are typically included in the billing, i.e. water and trash. Staff is not helpful. We wanted to make sure they received our renters insurance, some of the staff said we did, some of the staff said we didn't and called us about it. It's the little things that make this renter bad. Yes it's a business, but it feels like they want to squeeze every dollar out of you through extra filing fees. They are not the worst, but there are many more places to rent that are nicer, cheaper and with more reliable staff.
