This is my first time renting an apartment. I originally lived in their location on Bundy but recently relocated to the Butler building. The building is clean and my neighbors are great! I was a little anxious about the noise level and the parking situation. But to my relief the move has been a smooth transition and a pleasant surprise. I actually had neighbors introducing themselves and made me instantly feel at home. The buidling itself is quiet and my as far as my direct neighbors, I rarely hear anything. The office staff is courteous and polite and the one time when I did have a maintenance request, it was completed the next day.

Overall, a comfortable place to live and I would recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Yeah right, its not that cool. There are way better places to live, maybe because it's your first time renting, but dude, I didn't know anyone who would recommend them to their friends or family.
