I have lived here for over 14months, and I love it.
Everytime something needs fixing in my apartment it gets taken care of right away.
We had a few bumps at the very start of our lease but found the staff to be very accomidating and a pleasure to work with.
I have a front facing unit which is a bit louder then I had thought it would be but I knew there would be a little noise facing Beverly Glen since I love to keep my windows open. But once they are closed it is city living.
The grounds are great, wonderfully maintained and I am proud to bring people over.
Parking is great for residnet but ok for guests, it is street parking and although not as bad as mid-city hit or miss to find a spot right outside but never more then 1/2 a block for guests.
It is nice to live in a place where I don't have to worry about what I am comming home to everynight.
