Apt. Manager is a very rude, non cooperative,and looks like he is always drunk. Maintainance is very poor,every thing is old and falling apart in the apt.Carpets are very dirty. You can have unexpected rain (water leakage) from swimming pool or from top floor bathroom any time. please never rent this apartment for God sake.Manager charges $50.00 cash deposit for extra garage remote control and when your lease is over he does not want to give deposit back. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
