Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Not a bad apartment complex but nothing special either. They lull you in with a discounted rent and then, after the first year, jack the rent up by more than 25%! No care for tenants, just a money-making machine for the owner. Elevators are scary! They were last inspected more than two years ago.
