You will not receive your full deposit back! At the end of the lease, two of us out of the four moved out and got someone to move in with the other girls. They paid a new deposit but we who moved out only got $47 back! Kris, the manager, said they needed to paint the apartment. How are you gonna paint the apartment if there are people still living there!'' Why would you keep our deposit if we've been replaced and they've paid a new deposit' Also, when we first moved in it was super dirty! They didn't clean it before we moved in. Oh and if you have a loud car, don't even think about parking in her precious parking garage. My boyfriend's car would set of my roommate's super sensitive car alarm and she told me he couldn't use my parking spot anymore! She may seem nice, but she's not! My roommates car got broken into in the parking garage as well.
