It's kinda dumpy. It's older compared to a lot of the apartments around westwood, but a bit cheaper. It's got rent control, so if you get in on somebody's old lease it's real cheap, for westwood. The manager is really nice, but sometimes the solutions to stuff that's broken isn't so good. The parking varies for the different units, some have one spot, some have two and a few units have to deal with stacked parking. If you're looking at this place because you want cheaper rent, just go south of wilshire and get cheaper and bigger. Quiet a lot, but if anyone within in a couple of blocks is having a party, the sound really carries.
