This is such the place to fool UCLA rich kids that its a luxury apt for you! there is a fine wash of stuff to make it seem like a luxury apt: air conditioner, dishwasher, a swimming pool and jacuzzi (SO small pool cant even do laps in it and they dont heat it but for a few months in the summer, and only in the afternoon, cheap scumlords)

Try getting something fixed, its impossible. Watch how all the stuff breaks because its old old old.
There is a HUGE power surge that happens about 1x per day so dont have any expensive electronics here without like 200 UPSes. The surge is from substandard wiring in the building. THere was a fire earlier in the year from bad wiring in a bathroom heater.
mucho mucho ants! I left a sandwich on my desk for 20 minutes and when i opened the deli wrapper it was crawling with thousands of ants, it almost moved itself
the building manager is nice enough but she is understaffed and the owners do the absolute minimum to keep the building standing
