They are helpful when you intially want to get the place cause they understand you're a student and might not have wonderful credit. The manager and residents are friendly. I felt safe living there. The manager does come in without notice and the staff barge in. That sucked a lot. The elevator is old and the hall carpet really smells bad. The hallways in general look bad. They need fresh paint. It is over priced, but at a great location to catch public transportation and the UCLA shuttle. You can usually hear the street and the amenities are useless. Overall, I'd suggest living here if you are a UCLA student without a car.
