Not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 1 response   I would not recommend this place at all! Let me tell you why: 1)The place is not very secure. Cars (or things left in cars) are constantly getting stolen. The response of the managers is to put up fliers informing tenants to close doors and not to leave anything valuable in their cars instead of spending a bit of money and putting up some security cameras or hiring a security guard (every once in a while when something gets stolen, they hire a guard for a couple of weeks to shut people up and then they get rid of him). This is a big apartment complex that surely requires some kind of security. 2)Good luck if you need repairs done in your apartment. Expect to beg and plead with them to do something about it. 3)They have been claiming that they will do ârenovationsâ for 2 years now. The place looks the same except for the lobby that they keep on renovated because I guess they want to make a good impression when new tenants come to check out the place. But aside from the lobby, the carpets are all stained, there is little maintenance and overall the place needs lots of work. (pipes are old and rusty so the water sometimes comes out yellowishâ.etc). 4)Overall, the people running this place are extremely cheap and not friendly. The will do their best to save a buck added to the fact that they are big time liars. Unless you get something in writing expect it to be a lie.
