We live there for 2 years. At the begining was nice and cool, but when they started the renovation (they took more than a year to fix, paint and change the carpet inside of the building, they closed the pool 2 months during summer season) it got worst. It's a good location, but the noise 24/7 that coming from the 405 freeway it make you crazy, and if you live close to the pool get used to hear and see guys at night fighiting and screaming. If you live there better don't pay the rent late or you gonna find a paper at your door threating you to pay or leave, sometimes they "friendly" lawyer will send you a letter to remaind you about your rent and get use to any kind of increase and fines. Read the leasing agreement very carefully before signing or you gonna be sorry later. They have more rules than the Marines Corps. If you are a woman, becareful during night, there are some tenants with "unfriendly friends" (people who don't live there) hunging out until late night, drinking and making noise. People at the office sometimes try to help, but as employees they have to follow orders from the owner. Just be aware, really high prices, very noisy place, unsufe at night. You can find a better place for less money, just look around.
