I've been to many and Westwood Villa is among the best if not the best in West LA, here's why.

Safety: The building is located in a busy and safe part of West LA. The building and area is very safe. Keep the door closed after you enter and you won't have to worry about someone following you in. Common sense in any apartment community will keep you safe overall. It's a safe and warm community that is well kept and clean. It's gated, safe guarded and patrolled during peak and non-peak hours.

Convenience: The following is minutes from Trader Joes, Ralphs, Best Buy, the Century City Mall, Vons, the Blue Line, 10 and 405 freeways and many casual nice dining restaurants to eat etc.

The Staff: The staff is courteous, kind, professional and very helpful. Just tell them what you need and they'll take good care of you. I have always have a very positive experience with the staff there anything time I needed something they were responsive and very helpful.

The Parking: There is more than adequate parking for my sedan over 10 years old. Just be sure to not leave any valuables in the clear site inside the car. It's not worth taking the chance of tempting someone to break in your car.

The Price: Very competively priced with the local competitors so you are getting the most for you money and I know good bargain when I see one.

Common Grounds: The common areas are clean and well kept. There is painting and recarpeting in some areas, but it's all for the better in the long run. With a pool, barbeque cooking pit, chairs to lay out and patio section, it's a nice venue to welcome friends to

The Rooms: The rooms are largely sized and suits various amenities plus mo' I had the option to rent their existing furniture from month to month. The rooms are great for a first time bachelor.

Noise/Privacy: I don't have a problem with this as I come home in the afternoon and have no reason believe this is an issue.

Overall a very nice, safe and convenient location. Well worth it to rent and to tell other friends! These rooms rent quickly!

These rooms do not rent quickly... have you not noticed the large turnover rate? It is noisy, but what was I thinking living on Sepulveda blvd? And there is no security guard patrolling the grounds-- peak or off-peak hours. If he is actually here, he is often asleep in his car. Way overpriced!
