The management team is wonderful and extremely attentive to the needs of the tenants. The building is well-kept and the area is pretty safe. I would rate the building an 8 out of 10. The only reason I did not rate it 10 out of 10 is that the parking situation is dismal. There is a waiting list for a parking space (it is one of the only buildings in the area with covered and secured parking, so a waiting list is expected). Parking in the area is extremely hard to find (it kind of reminds me of New York). Having a parking permit is definitely a handy thing. People rarely move out of this building because of the area and the excellent service of the management team. I highly recommend the Wilshire Regency.
