I moved from out of town and this looked as if it would be a good deal. Yes, they do pay all the utilities; however this building is a trip. The elevators never work right and get stuck often. The water is disgusting and we don't drink it. There are several maintenence issues that never get taken care of, and if they do they are not handled properly. The staff is impossible to reach after hours in case of emergencies. Parking is $100 per month per car. There is a parking attendant that will move your car to another lot and you have to call before you go somewhere to make sure your car is ready. In the morning it gets old having to call everyday before work.
