Good deal for the $$$. But Parking Attendents are careless.

The negative reviews on here suggest this place in REALLY bad. In truth, the worst part is the parking. Most of the time you have to leave your car keys with the car parkers. They WILL dent your car. Then deny they did it.
POSITIVES:
-Hi-rise (nice views)
-Thick walls (seldom hear neighbors)
-Nice lobby
-Pool, gym and laundry onsite.
-Cats allowed.
-Reasonable rent.
-Many cool artsy people.
-Recent renovation
NEGATIVES:
-Police come once a week to break up fights or 'trouble' in the building.
-Noisy neighborhood (constant sirens, dogs, people yelling, etc.)
-Bad parking.
-Elevators often broken.
-Shower suddenly scalds you when a neighbor flushes (annoying and quite painful).
-Parking attendents dent the fender of your car, then don't accept responsibility.
The apartment is a good deal for what you get. I'd say the parking attendants and neighborhood noise are enough to give it a no rating. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

This is city living not country living. You will hear traffic and noise outside when your windows are open.
