It's too bad- this could be a great place to live, but the management has apparently gotten locked into a lease with a so-called "restaurant" on the first floor of the building. This is not a restaurant at all- it is a night club-dance bar that opens around 11 PM on weekedns and goes until 3 AM at least. The music is extremely loud- I am talking about a few small speakers or a boom box- this place has a mega high power industrial stereo system that only dance clubs would have. The sound vibrates the entire 12 story building! When tenants complain, the management says they can't do anything about it because of the lease agreement they have with this outfit. So, if you want to live above a dance bar, and stay awake jamming to bad techno music, then this is the place for you! Several tenants are talking about a class action suit because the problem is not being solved. However, if you are a day late with rent, thew management is right htere with the rules and regulation booklet ready to evict you.
