I read that last review from "Anonymous" and it's just pure BS.
The bar DOES NOT shutdown at 1:20 on Friday and Sat and your lucky if it shuts down by that time on any weeknight. In fact, it often stays open past 2 am on Friday and Saturday nights. And as for closing your window to shut out the noise, who are you kidding'' I live on the 12th floor and I can tell you that there is nothing you can do to shut out the noise.
The only way this would not be a problem for you is if you are someone who is usually up until past 2 am on most nights anyway. But if you have a job or class that starts before noon, this building is not for you.

I like noise, noise, noise and more noise. the more thje better. real people need no sleep. enjoy life.

I work and the noise doesn't bother me at all! I just go to sleep and pass out because I'm tired and whan I'm tired I don't care if there are bombs exploding outside: I'm gonna fall asleep! So the noise doesn't bother me either way and having or not having a job/class has nothing to do with the fact that some people don't know how to focus on things that are REAL problems. Take a deep breath and stop watching the clock! Maybe you need some psych. medication to help with stress/depression?/sleeplessness?

I totally agree, I work two jobs and take on-line classes. I wake up at 7:00 a.m. every morning and don't get home till after 10pm and the noise does not bother me at all, Imagine if you lived on TimeSquare? you would hang yourself.lol. I think people with that problem should live in the suburbs or in the Country side, not near the second largest city in America and near Downtown.
