Great old building on the Western edge of DTLA. The area isnt the greatest but the aptments are awsome and the view are breathtaking. The cons are this building is in a crack infested area. You're not close to any stores or resturant. There's alot of old people in the building (they make the best watch dogs) and the parking sucks! The club and resturant is now closed. The pool in very small. However the younger residents are friendly and fun. Oh yeah watch out for that creep Jose the maintance guy. If you're a girl make sure your boyfriend is home for all repairs.

I've lived here for over a year and the above review is inaccurate except the part about the pool and the great views (if you live on a higher floor). This is not a crack infested area, it's a gun and gang infested neighborhood. We are close to tons of stores and restaurants, including one of the best taco trucks in LA. I've yet to meet an old person (unless "old" is someone over 50). The parking is fine, in fact, it's guaranteed. The younger residents are loud and a pain the a**. Both maintainence guys are professional and knowledgable, the cleaning staff do their jobs well. There are plenty of problems with this place, but the previous reviewer missed the mark. Here are the real problems: noisy and inconsiderate neighbors in the building, problem elevators, and the Consolidated Smart Systems monopoly.
