HEARTLESS SUPERVISING MANAGER

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
The management staff outside of "The Boss" was very nice and professional. The unit was on the end of the 8th floor (only 1 neighbor). The view was GORGEOUS and I loved the floor plan. It was bright, airy, and spacious with A LOT of potential. It seemed quiet the 3 times I checked it out at differnt times of the day. Smelled like throw-up in the hallway but it doesn't carry into the unit. The elevator was a little scary with the loud shaking of the old mirrored panel, but you could get used to it. The parking sucked but was included in the rental price. The neighborhood isn't too great north of the building, otherwise you're near all the government buildings. Be cautious but not fearful.
In March 2009 we were ready to move in but we could NOT get approved because of 1 utility bill that was on my boyfriend's credit from 3 years ago. We honestly feel "The Boss" profiled us and saved the unit for someone they know. It was hell trying to get the $500 holding fee back. Even more sadly, we were approved at a beautiful apartment complex ($100 cheaper with subterranian parking) that is managed by the SAME MANAGEMENT COMPANY. WTF''
