Seeing that I live here, and there's virtually no real info on the building, I'll post.
I'm moving out for personal reasons, otherwise would plan on living here for some time.
The 1 and 2 bedrooms I saw are absolutely massive, and are fairly well designed to seem bigger than they actually are.
They renovated before I moved in, so it felt new. 2 parking spots next to each other was pretty nice, and there's a doorman there 24/7 and will hold on/deliver your packages for you. My gf parks there 4 days a week, so it helps that they have guest parking, and TONS of street parking around the building.
The pool and jacuzzi on the roof have an incredible view, and I actually did a Valentine's day picnic up there (much to the 2 guys sitting in the jacuzzi's irritation). Most of the people are fairly friendly, and there's not a whole lot of kids running around screaming. Also bike racks in the parking garage to chain your bike (my brother's bike pouch got stolen though).
There was zero noise in the apartment complex (besides my brother that is), and they responded to maintenance issues fairly quickly (within a day or so). We also lived facing Wilshire, and the apartment is solid enough that you barely can hear the noise.
Pricewise they're fairly cheap compared to similar places in the condos nearby.
Only gripes are as follows: - Had 2 serious water leaks, and 1 minor leak. My toilet also ran a lot for the longest time. - Missing bug net thing over 1 bedroom. - One of the door guys is unfriendly and annoying (unless you're a chick), the rest of the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful
Overall, I've highly recommended the building to friends, and would definitely stay there if they had a vacant 1 bedroom.
