These apartments seem alright and in a convenient location but after living there for a year, my roommate and I are desperate to get out. The elevators break down all the time, especially the only one that goes down to the parking lot. Speaking of the parking lot, the gate doesn't stop if your car's halfway through (which, in my roommate's case can result in two broken off side mirrors). Also, one time, we went through a whole weekend with no hot water - no warning, no explination, and no apology from the manager. The toilets quit flushing simultaneously. The oven wouldn't work, but continued to leak gas when turned on. The apartment naturally smells like mildew - it took 4 Glade plug-ins to mask the smell. Bathroom/bedroom doors don't lock. And, last but certainly not least, the ceilings are extremely thin. My roommate hears sexual activities, I live under a bulimic, and the guy above our living room likes to pretend like he can play the guitar and sing at the tope of his lungs. Save your money for better places, but I would recommend this general area.
