Combine all the negative comments left by other people about this apartment building and THEN you will have the full picture. Their bottom floor apartments flood during rainy season as well. I flooded out in 2000 and they wouldn't even pay for a hotel room - just peeled back the carpets to let them "air out". What a stench (old ordors came out big time)! Then they did not want to replace the carpet and did not want to move me to a new apt. I finally got them to move me a few doors down - and it flooded within a few weeks!!!!! Don't risk it, folks. Oh - and there were cockroaches around the garbage shoot and garbage on the hall walls and exit doors. Need I say more'
