Run away, ridiculous place

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Only bad things you can say about a place like this.
-STUPID,IDIOTIC,irresponsible Management.
-Freaky looking students everywhere.
-NOISY AS HELL.
-Leaking pipes, mould, noisy floors and street
-Smelly corridors

One positive: Friendly maintenance people. They say hi(!!!)
