ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE LIVING !!!

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
Lived here a few years. Hell on Earth.
VERY RUDE UNCARING management. NOISE unbearable. NOISY STUDENTS. NO QUALITY of life. CHEAP construction HIGH RENT. I urge you to look elswhere. If the NOISE doesn't get to you, the management will. This place is the WORST in LA!
