Sure, the plumbing can be loud (there probably isn't any West L.A. complex out there under 2k that doesn't have this), but the tenets generally make an effort to be quiet past 10:00 PM (I haven't heard/seen a single party yet). Also, if you close your bathroom door, you never really hear the plumbing. And, the walls are NOT paper-thin, regardless of what other people have posted here. You CANNOT hear what's going on in the apartment next door. The windows are kinda thin, so you can hear what's going outside.
Because of this, I wouldn't recommend an apartment in the front of the building unless you feel you can handle the street-noise (apparently, most of the people who posted here expected their apartment conditions to be capable to a seperated property -- like a house). But, overall, this place is pretty nice (especially for its price/location). The management are respectable, I've had no problems with them (again, contrarty to what has been posted). The premesis is maintained well (especially compared to other Moss & Company properties, like Pico Linai or Casa de Vida). And, the rooms are VERY spacious for their monthly price. Did I mention that the people living here seem to be pretty friendly'
The subterranean parking (a nice feature in itself) appears to be safe (again, contrary to what others have claimed). Security is usually easily found and always walking around the complex at night.
I can't speak for the provided furniture's quality (should you request that your apartment be furnished), since I brought in my own furniture. But, I'm not sure what the people who posted here really expected. I mean, you can't possibly really think that furniture which is going to be PROVIDED to you will be of the highest quality. Where are you from' This is L.A.
Public facilities are well-kept and maintained.

Sorry, but the parking is not so good. Park your car and walk a mile to your place.
