Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
The previous anonymous tenant must be deaf, blind and living at a different address. The walls ARE thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Especially if people living above you partying at 2am. Which is regular. If you want any kind of decent living standard go elsewhere. The management bark at you if you compalin about the slightest thing.
