I lived here for a short while and I decided to move out because I could get little peace due to the fact that there were a couple of noisy hookers living right by me. I could hear their sexual noises and their "customers" kept coming and going through the night. Rental office knew about it, but probably could care less. According to one of
the security guards, onsite prostitution is very common. Also, there is a lot of noise due to the fact that the complex is full of Art Institute students who like to party until the wee hours. Noise is a major problem here and not everybody likes to be woken up by a police helicopter flying very low over the complex and shining it?s
light on the complex. This happened twice in the space of a month.

If you are happy to be a student who is happy to just have a roof over your head or you are a foreign immigrant looking for your first home whilst "you find your feet", this place is for you.

How to live here: be a student and rent a two bedroom apartment and share the cost with several others. Turn a blind eye to the absolute idiocy of the rental office. Avoid the occupants of the Rental Office until you are desperate. If you need repairs, go straight to the Maintenance guys direct. Find a decent apartment that isn?t in
the shade and has plenty of light. Don?t get an apartment near noisy students or one that is near the swimming pools or major walkways.
Avoid apartments at the front of the complex, or you will deeply regret it.

Adopt a laissez faire "I don?t give a ----" attitude and that will get you through it all. And then once you have found a "decent" apartment, move out after a year.

Hookers? Isn't that against the law? Sure it is but as long as they can come up with the rent its all good.
