I've lived in Woodcliff for almost two years now, and I think it's great. It's got a lot of ammenities and the managers are pretty on top of things. When I need something fixed, they send the maintence guy here that day, and they're always willing to do whatever they can to help me out. I've moved around a lot and usually only spend like 6 months in a place before I can't take it anymore, but I've been here two years and I'm not planning on going anywhere anytime soon. Oh and people worried about the building uping the rent on you after you move in... this place is rent controlled... it's nice not having to worry about it after some of the experiences I've had. Parking is assigned so I always have a space, and there's guest and street parking. There's also a guard if your scared.
