Worst Mistake That Moss & Co Ever Made

A couple of years ago, it was decided by Moss & Co to replace the internet/cable provider with Directv. We were previously with A T & T cable and broadband internet access and everything was just great. Good reception and signals.

And then Moss & Co decided to "follow the money" and replace the cable provider with Directv. Anybody with a brain can tell you that cable access is way superior to satellite, especially as Woodcliff is located in a reception-poor area.

The rental office "pretended" that the decision was up to the tenants and sent questionnaires to all the tenants asking if they would like to switch over to Directv. No doubt they tried to "play to the cheap seats" by telling tenants that Directv offered more sports channels.

Eventually, A T & T were replaced by Directv. Those that had internet access were forced to switch internet providers.

The reception that Directv provides is pretty poor, sometimes the signal goes and the screen becomes pixalated and struggles to find a picture. Also, switching chanels is much slower. Local network channels are provided by Consolidated, and let's face it reception for these channels is very poor. I can't believe I paid $8 for "snowy" reception. I telephoned Consolidated and they told me "to take it or leave it, there is nothing we can do because you are in a poor location."

Switching over to Directv was the biggest mistake that Moss & Co ever made and no doubt somebody got "paid off" down the line.

Moss & Co have always dealt with crappy, unreliable cable providers. Remember when they dealt with ICS and Continental Cablevision' They were dogs!

This is corporate --------. Anyone with few brain cells knows that a cable is much more reliable and faster then dish. Like you said they followed the money and blame it on the resident. I really don't like that. I see this happening all over. The signal is weak or our speed is poor. Some trick you by saying they offer a T1 line. Shared Meaning many people on the same pipe. Slow. Sometimes its fast if no one is using it. I have been frusterated myself. I have lived at places where they only carry DSL.
