I have lived here for about 4 months. I read some of these reviews before I even looked at the place and did not know what to expect. The people I met in the office were ok, they were not snobs as someone posted earlier. Personally, I have had no noise problems except for regular stuff-like my neighbor above was moving and I heard that-but nothing big.
My place is really cool-I couldnt find a place with a loft on the westside for the price I pay except here--like $1550 or so.
All in all, so far all is good. This place is not perfect but come on--what do you expect when the place is like 30 yrs old and rents are reasonably priced' I will stay after my lease is up.
