The pools, hot tub, gym, and rec center provide some fabulous amenities to this apartmenet community.

The laundry facilities are amazing--if you're lazy, like me, you can wait 3 months and then do 10 loads all at the same time.

A few problems:
-People don't want to buy extra parking, so they park in all the guest parking spaces - which means those spaces are almost ALWAYS full. Guests park on the street.
-Because of the size, it's difficult for people to find their way around. I've had many a delivery person call me in panic.

Response to some of the other comments:
-Hookers' Now, I don't go prowling around at night, but I've never seen any. Maybe they think I'm a hooker. I come home from work at 12 or 1. And I'm pretty hot. Haha.
-There are, yes, quite a few kids and families. That's one of the things I like about the place. It's mostly students and people in their 20s-early 30s, but there are enough kids so that you always see some in the pool or the rec room or riding skateboards and bikes around the "concrete jungle."
-The TV. I've had better reception. But, as a TV Junkie who would have to strangle someone who called during her shows, I can tell you that I've never missed a show. And I watch a LOT of TV.
