seriously - this is the worst apartment ever. dirty, old, tiny rooms, no kitchen space, which is fine if you're only paying $700 - but for the money you pay, with a little effort, you can find something MUCH better. i did. i lived at woodcliff for 2 years paying $1450 for a tiny crappy one bedroom loft with one bathroom that my roommate and i shared. now i'm living in a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms for $1200. i have a huge kitchen and lots of natural light. and i'm just a few blocks away from the woodcliff.
