I enjoy living here. The office has hired some new people lately and the office team is very friendly and helpful. And the grounds are kept very nice! Back when I was shopping around for an apartment in West LA and Santa Monica, it was depressing how much other buildings were asking for their dirty, dumpy apartments. But here, the apartments are kept clean and nice. My only complaint is that I wish there was more guest parking, but that's a problem almost everywhere in Los Angeles. My friends are pretty impressed when they visit me here. :)
