I moved in this place about 5 months ago. It's been fine so far. I got a nice loft and its alot cheaper then other places I had looked at before. There was a problem here or there but nothing serious. I mean, its an apartment so not everything is perfect but out of the other places I have lived at in Venice and Culver City, they stay on top of stuff and make it nice to live here.
I would reccomend it to others.
